These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the sale, purchase, and use of tickets for events organized by Tattvam Holistic Healing and Retreat (“Organizer”), in accordance with applicable Indian laws. By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser (“Attendee” or “You”) agrees to abide by these terms.
- DEFINITIONS
Event: The show, concert, seminar, exhibition, or any other activity for which the ticket is issued.
Organizer: The company or entity responsible for hosting the event.
Investor: Any entity or individual financially contributing to the event.
Ticket Holder: The person in possession of a valid ticket for entry.
Third-Party Ticketing Platforms: External platforms authorized to sell tickets on behalf of the Organizer. - TICKET PURCHASE AND ADMISSION
Tickets are sold subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Organizer reserves the right to limit the number of tickets per person or transaction.
The ticket grants entry to the event but does not include any other facilities unless explicitly mentioned.
Entry may be subject to security checks, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission for safety reasons.
Any ticket purchased from an unauthorized source may be deemed invalid and entry may be denied. - PRICING & PAYMENT
Ticket prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through approved payment methods.
The Organizer is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by payment processors or banks.
Discounts, promotions, or offers, if any, are subject to availability and Organizer discretion. - REFUND, CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY
4.1 Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:
The event is canceled by the Organizer.
The event is rescheduled, and the ticket holder cannot attend the new date.
The ticket holder is denied entry due to an error by the Organizer.
In the case of a cancellation, the Organizer will refund the ticket price, excluding processing or convenience fees.
Refund requests must be made within [X] days from the date of cancellation/rescheduling.
Refunds will be processed within [Y] business days using the original payment method.
4.2 Event Rescheduling
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the ticket remains valid for the new date.
In case the ticket holder cannot attend the rescheduled event, they must request a refund within the stipulated period.
4.3 Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferable subject to Organizer approval and verification.
Any resale or unauthorized transfer of tickets at a higher price than the original may result in cancellation without refund. - CODE OF CONDUCT & LIABILITY
Attendees must adhere to all rules, regulations, and safety protocols set by the Organizer.
The Organizer is not liable for:
Any personal injury, loss, or damage suffered at the event.
Any external factors beyond the Organizer’s control (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, government orders).
Any individual causing disruption or violating event rules may be removed without a refund. - FORCE MAJEURE
The Organizer shall not be held liable for cancellations, rescheduling, or modifications due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or government restrictions. - PRIVACY POLICY
By purchasing a ticket, the Attendee agrees to the Organizer’s collection and use of personal data for event-related communication.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as required for ticket processing, legal compliance, or security. - LEGAL COMPLIANCE & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in [City, State].
